Hi everyone,
Ward Hall isn't all that hard to get to from Lexington, but we thought that it might be a good idea to book a shuttle to get people to and from the wedding, just in case. So here is the plan. We will have a shuttle making two runs from the Embassy Suites. The first will leave at 2:15, and the second will leave at 3:15.
We have a 14 passenger van that will be making hourly trips from Ward Hall back to the Embassy Suites and the Clarion, beginning right after dinner, at 8:00.
So... to help with the planning, and to figure out whether we are over or underestimating the number of people who will be using the shuttle, please send Krista an email letting her know whether you think you will be using the shuttle, or whether you are more likely to just drive yourself to/ from Ward Hall.
